Savage Hailstorms affect 280,000 people in central China PDF Print E-mail

    YICHANG, March 23 (Xinhua) - More than 7,000 homes were damaged and
two people injured in hailstorms over the weekend in central China's
Hubei Province. The storm, which started Saturday and ended Monday,
dropped some hailstones that were "as big as eggs," according to the
local government information office.

region of Dagestan on Saturday said they had ended an operation against
militants after three days of clashes in which they said 21 people were

JERUSALEM, March 21 (Reuters) - Israeli police dispersed crowds of
Palestinians on Saturday as they held celebrations in Jerusalem marking
